Another SAPS question

OK. I am getting a little uneasy with my US rep. According to him the 4457 form which I got last December is good. According to what several people here said it has to be dated sometime this year. No problem. I am going by the airport in a couple weeks so I will just get another form. But it concerns me that he does not have up to date info. And now according to Sierraone I need a letter from the outfitter. My rep said only if I was going to hire a go between like riflepermits. Asking for help and info on this. This forum is saving my butt. Thanks in advance.

you need an invitation letter from your outfitter
actual printed air tickets showing return flights
as recent as possible 4457 form, (2019), permission to export your weapon
copy of passport
copy hunting licenses, or weapon license, depending on country you come from

regards

Suggest you apply for and get your permit OKed in advance with riflepermits or Gracy Travel. If this is your first time and you're trying to save a few bucks by freelancing everything, IMHO, it's false economy.

Yep, no matter how many times it's been brought up here or on other sites... doing such things DIY to save minimal $ can be truly a FALSE ECONOMY! Get a travel agent that can handle air travel and various accommodations AND knows how to deal with the permitting required by various entities and countries. I've used Gracy Travel with ZERO headaches or problems for many trips to various countries in Africa- actually an economy of time, money, worry and hassle.

I will be looking for a set of these when my .505 is done... sadly not cashed up right now for these. :(
Need anything in trade?
Cheers,

what kind of velocity does the 140 grains list, curious how they would fit in with my current 130 gr, supply of 270s. maybe a pic of the box data listing vel. and drop. Oh and complements on that ammo belt, nice.
