Ackley improved chambers

Greetings, I have two rifles I’d like to take in a plains game hunt. 1-30-06 Ackley imp. 2- 35 Whelen Ackley imp. My question is, if I take these and the barrel is marked AI or Ackley imp. and the catridges are standard 30-06 and 35 whelen stamped would they pass import inspection in country? Thanks

From what I understand, it's a crap shoot. I haven't had an ammunition check, other people have. I defer to my more experienced brethren. Good luck!

I’ve had it counted many times, but never checked. A little different every time. Likely nothing a few small bills in local currency couldn’t fix if it came to that.
