.416 Ruger Guide Gun FS

Nice snag!

I’m putting together the exact same rifle soon myself!

Only difference is I’m going with the VX3 1.5-5 firedot as my optic.

IMHO, the .416 Ruger Guide Gun with the AA’s extended mag and QR rings coupled with a 1-5ish scope makes an ideal DG setup. I “accidentally” ended up with 2 rifles in 416 Ruger so needed to sell one or either divorce this wife for the second time.

I have a Ruger 77 Express Rifle in .30-06 and was unaware of the AK Arms +2 extended floor plate for M77 rifles chambered for “standard”/‘06- length cartridges.

Now I’m tempted to upgrade mine.

Wait...does anyone not want to hear the story behind "divorce this wife a second time"?!?

Nice rig. GLWS.

Thanks, it sold to a fine gentleman from CO.

Simple, really. 2 exes & 4 kids = financial irresponsibility. So, #2 succumbed to unmerciful & prolonged begging and said “I Do” for the second time thereby improving my monthly solvency (and hunting budget) by 50%. Our total is now 46 years…..minus that 10 months legal hiatus.

A noble and simple story to be sure. An opportunity for wild and unsubstantiated embellishment may have been missed.

"After my ship sank during our Antarctic mission, I saved my crew but suffered amnesia. My wife, thinking I had been lost, and while being awarded a Nobel Peace Prize after teaching a lost tribe of Amazonion shaman the eminent authority of the 35 Whelen..." Somebody finish.

Hey my friend, I am returning to SA for a Cape Buffalo hunt in June 26. My outfitter has suggested Highveld but I have read some poor reports. Wondering how satisfied you were with your mounts from them? Thanks in advance.
Finally back to somewhat normal I missed reading the messages and posts

Hi PaulB,
I have a Ballard Arms Model 1885 chambered for .333 Jeffery Flanged. Do you have any idea where I can get ammo for this?

I am new to this forum so I am sorry if I am doing something wrong!
Thank You!
