2nd try - Anyone recognize this stock?

I was told this stock was made by an ACGG member from Arizona or New Mexico that has now passed but I can’t find the info I had written down about the individual. Does anyone recognize whose work this might be?

No idea who built it but there is a lot going on with that stock! Probably built around the same time Fajen gunstocks were all the rage.
I’ve seen one similar but with a thumb hole but the guy that had it is long dead. His gun was just built when he showed it to me and that was 40 years ago.
