Allow me to put this in as a `place holder` until I find time at the weekend to pen a report. It was a marvelous long weekend of sika (Cervus Nippon) stalking in Dorset, England, with probably the best sika guide in the British Isles. Five outings and five stags taken including a top silver medal stag plus a superb 8 year old seven pointer pictured above left. And on top of it, storm Boleo broke across southern England with 80 mile winds and beating rain just in time for my stalking weekend but we did not let the storm stop play !
