I never in my life dreamed I’d touch rhino. I may have done the work, but this was all my wife’s doing. She wanted me to have the opportunity to experience this.
Not the best trophy but my favorite as it is what started it all for me, ever since then I’ve been obsessed with hunting. My first whitetail deer after a week of hunting on my grandparents farm. Shot it last evening of my trip there.

Though I have many, not records, not hunts like many of you, but my hunt in August and facing down two bulls at less than 25 yards, not knowing, and I was concerned, how I would do. I actually was overcome with one thing which I wasn’t sure I had, facing death including my real charge, dropped at 5 yards. Has to be my favorite. I now know.
