Educated large cat is going to be a challenge for sure. It has been done though. He keeps coming by so perhaps it is time to buy a cow for bait. If that's his preferred dining fare. That should shock him to get an easy meal.

No not legally …

Trophy Predator hunting in Namibia is 1/2 hour before Sunrise to 1/2 hour after Sunset. You can’t use the aid of lights or illumination devices with night vision, thermals, and illuminated reticles falling into this category. Additionally utilizing hounds in Namibia is illegal.

That said all the above happens in Namibia more than anyone likes to admit often with the hunter not knowing it’s illegal.
