This is one of those things where the longer you look at it the worse it gets. I won't elaborate, but this seems like someone lost a bet in the most competitive fantasy football league on the planet and had to have this done to their rifle as punishment.

It is and it is frequently blended with images of the Witches Sabbath that includes naked woman, devils, goats. It is frequently displayed in hunting circles in Germany and Slavic countries.

You can read other things in it if you wish but that is the history and meaning of the imagery behind it. Not my taste but that is why you frequently see them.

I am going to have to rethink hunting as a passion.
 
At least all the hyper defined abs and unfortunate splashing appear faintly engraved...if someone were spending 30k euros, they could spend a bit more to have the gun properly fixed. Buff out the demonic porn scenes, hack off the muzzle break, and have the receiver matching scroll engraved.

I won’t say anything about the meaning and placement behind the fantasy images as it will offend the audience and their hypocritical bias, the engraving is not for my liking and not something I would own, but the skill level in its application is a fairly high standard as is the build.

Agreed, it is actually fairly common here. Even high end guns like that and a Satr having sex with a hot woman with huge boobs. Common.

Not my deal but it is what it is.

Germanic/Slavic culture has a lot of such creatures like Krampus.
