Those are good vaccines.

Let's not forget the Covid vaccines that were/are still fresh in everyone's minds. There are some questionable vaccines currently being pushed by "big pharma".
 
The timespan is too great. It’s unfair to the brilliant innovations unique to each era. As an example, the Montgolfier brothers and the Wright brothers were equally bold innovators and their inventions were equally instrumental to the advancement of human understanding in their respective eras.

Another vote for the Haber process. It gives us food, smokeless powder, explosives, and just is a basic building block of civilization.

You have a good list, sitting here, actually thinking about your question, one realizes the ridiculous amount or progress made in the 20/21st centuries.

1. Electricity has made practically every modern amenity possible
2. Jet propulsion - From travel, to war, to space exploration, to power generation.
3. The Internet - As much as I hate to see it, look how it dictates most aspects of our daily life
4. Vaccines have, and continue to save millions every year. It makes me ashamed to live in a country that has lost measles status do to people who either get their news from Facebook, or believe that God and snake oils will keep their children safe.

Oil production and home use for lighting, heat etc. And commercial use of all fossil fuel usage.

Hopefully you are also embarrassed that the Democrats facilitated millions of undocumented, unvaccinated, diseased people to cross our borders.

Of course it’s a conspiracy theory to believe that there’s a correlation with letting millions of unvaccinated disease carrying people in that may have caused a spike in measles. Nothing to see here. It’s the U.S. citizens fault that measles has re surfaced.
