What knife are you carrying everyday right now?

I love the Opinel knives. I have an Opinel #8 or a Swiss Army knife on me daily. The Opinels are easy to sharpen and stay sharp.

Safe hunting
I picked up an Opinel #7 at a sporting goods store in South Africa this past September… I think I paid $13 for it at the current exchange rate.. at that price I should have bought 5 more… they’re awesome little knives…

I missed it this year for the first time in several years…

Completely forgot about it or I would have gone…
Dang it! It was good. Drooled over some custom slip joints but didn’t buy anything

I definitely wanted to go… just completely forgot..

I usually pick up several sets of quality handle materials and a couple of bars of quality steel every year and spend half the day drooling over the craftsmanship on display…

I busied myself with a chainsaw all day instead lol

Lol. I should’ve posted a reminder. The amount of materials available is pretty impressive.

For cutting up something large, a chainsaw is certainly more effective than a knife, although Dexter claims otherwise.

I've had it for a long time. I got it as a gift from my uncle at least 25 years ago. Sometimes I take it hunting. The blade is so hard that it can hardly be sharpened. When sharpened, it stays sharp for a long time

An old Benchmade today - not sure of the model. It’s been a longtime, loyal companion.

This is my current stable of personal folders to choose from each day. Every single one is a prototype that I’m driving to see if they are all good design wise. Some I’ve had for years already, the one with the Rhodesian Teak (3rd from top) I finished 2 days ago.

The joys of being a custom knife maker.

I will be looking for a set of these when my .505 is done... sadly not cashed up right now for these. :(
Need anything in trade?
Cheers,

what kind of velocity does the 140 grains list, curious how they would fit in with my current 130 gr, supply of 270s. maybe a pic of the box data listing vel. and drop. Oh and complements on that ammo belt, nice.
