Anyone who can't change his firing pin and magazine spring, or bed his rifle shouldn't have an 8th grade diploma. Okay, maybe that's a bit harsh, but it's not rocket science. Changing a tire is about as complicated. Just make sure to remove the firing pin spring clip in a closed uncluttered room where you can find it easily (= no shag carpeting). They have a tendency to seek the stratosphere during bolt disassembly.Usually, no. Now & then, a few have their firing pins & magazine springs break. Or have inferior bedding.
But still, excellent value for the money and a trip to a competent gunsmith can make the rifles flawless.
