Old-fashioned Mauser Stocks? (help needed)

After ALOT of back and forth with several stock makers I’m about in the same position I started. Several stock makers say yes we have an exact copy of a Pre War Rigby, Mauser sporter etc. then they send a picture of what looks like a Model 70 with a round grip lol. I think they believe what they have is an old school stock but are delusional.
I have a Model 54 from 1925 that is closer than anything I’ve found. Stock pitch made for iron sights ,overall thin profile, no cheek piece no recoil pad slight curve in buttplate. Shorten the forend and round the grip like the Rigbys or leave it as is to be closer to the Westley Richards.
I have one more guy that is supposed to have the pattern if not I think I will have the M54 duplicated on a cheap blank adjust it as needed then duplicate the pattern on a nice blank.
If I go that route I’ll probably just loan out the pattern myself to anybody that wants it. This whole thing has been a exercise in futility lol.
Finding a old school stock shouldn’t require chicken blood and panther piss lol.

Lo
Forgot to add the detailed measurements pic of a real deal Mauser Sporter
Love that WR stock and have had it saved into my own recipe bank for some years now. The original Mauser sporter stock sans schnabel, with a WR/Rigby fore end is my idea of the ultimate in the stalking rifle design. It is hard to tell from the pic because of the page bend but is the pitch neutral (tip of heel and toe square down from the line of sight/stock top line)

Have you contacted Rigby? They may be able to help.

Finally after searching everywhere found an original not a copy, not a remake not someone’s idea of a Mauser Model B stock...but the real deal.
At first I thought it was a Husqvarna 146 stock but after looking close it is a Model B original same exact measurements, checkering sling swivel location etc. And a steel buttplate I have from an original Oberndorf model B fits perfectly. It was a little dirty and has a few dings but will be used for a pattern. The stock could probably be refinished and used as is ,it fits my action like a glove, but some clown squared off the curve in the butt to add a recoil pad. Thankfully they did not cut the lop just added the pad. But now the curved steel plate will not fit right without making the stock shorter so it will be used as a pattern.
If the OP is interested in making a stock like this I can loan you the stock for a pattern when I’m done or anyone else. It should not be this difficult to find a rifle stock lol.
The stock fits well for iron sights, there is no way you could shoulder the rifle and not be looking right thru the sights.
