@Pheroze that website clearly states and outlines in red that you need a pesticide license to buy from them. Most of us campers and hunters dont have one.
I did some research to find anything over 1.5% concentrate is a carcinogen. They ban this stuff because they fear the population wont dispose of the waste proper, it is highly toxic to fish and cats in a liquid form. Government likes to think of us as children. I believe Canada are the only ones in the world that ban it, but they also report its the only thing that works against ticks and chiggers
The 1.25% Permethrin concentrate at

is the safest I found for sale and use in Canada.
ideal range is to dilute to .5% for soaking clothes and spraying gear. Found to be 100% safe on humans once dry, also once its dry.. sweat or rain will not effect it and make it toxic again. I read however some people who are sensitive can form tingle sensations and or itching, but I never experienced either.
you further dilute to .2% to protect plants and around your house from other creepy critters.
make sure you use gloves and dont mix in range of a cat, or throw the waste in the river, or down the sink.
Good luck everyone the great weather is upon us, and with this stuff I can keep enjoying it outdoors.
