So, I suspect this might be fake, but I can't tell just watching on my phone's little screen:

I feel strongly that it's a fake. We saw the face of the lion as it entered the frame after the screams. No blood there. If it were real, he would have eaten something. Or someone!

Really good effect just the same!

It's all fake. Even the lion they pose behind is not really there. It is superimposed . You can tell by watching the funny looking ground as the attacking lion come back into the picture and walks past the poised lion. Also I don't think the man and woman ever touch the posed trophy!

Fake!

Yeah, its pretty obvious besides the overacting "hunters". I give it a half rotten tomato.

Watching it now on a normal sized screen its plainly obvious. Amusing none the less.

Hilarious...how far will the anti's actually go.

Until they win.

Yeah when I first watch this on my phone and the clouds weren't moving was the first give away. Also, there is no way that guy is a PH. The only thing that had me somewhat wondering is when I saw the lion coming over the hill. But that isn't how lions attack, watch the video of the lion and tiger at the zoo, you can't change something's instinct.

I thought aussie to that twang kept slipping out funny though

Yes that's fake... Was a bit too close up with a lioness yesterday, and this is how they looks before they charge !
Cheers from Mbizi.

Just turn your back and she'll come for a quick visit.

Yes Brick, with out a rifle I would not experiment with those cats...and you are right the key is to keep focus and hold the rifle in one hand and the camera in the other, then back slowly..slowly.. another unpredictable lioness a week ago... so Mike, I'm very interested to see your ear tickle when you come out to Mbizi next time :)

I didn't see your request re: ship co’s. My last shipment was 2023. Quotes from SBS Logistics ($1,198), Badger Cargo ($1,184 - used them) & AHG Trophy Shippers ($1,746). AHG owner's an asshole so wouldn't have used him anyway. Eastern Cape - Houston, TX, so your mileage may vary. NEVER use Karl Human Taxidermy aka Wild Africa Taxidermy on Eastern Cape. Trophies arrived shattered with no padding/packing material.
