Any reviews of our website would be much appreciated. It has been tweaked and updated since we first launched it!(y)

No Canadian dollar quotes.

The site certainly has all the basic stuff I look for. Looks nice. My nit-picky thoughts concern the opening three paragraphs on the home page. I would break up your first paragraph (that is one long sentence). I would also put the last paragraph first (eastern cape, family owned etc. really good introduction)

Oh, +1 on the Canadian dollar idea :)

I always like to see a photo of my hosts and the people I will be hunting with on the site .
My first question is the size of your own property and is it high fenced .
I guess it is though since you have sable to hunt .
Im being a bit picky but I do like these things on a website .
It saves having to email everyone with the same questions .

I really like the site and in this computer oriented age it is increasingly important to keep a good web presence/ the only additions I have would to include pictures/ bios of hosts/ ph's and also I really like it when there is a description if more than one group is hosted at a time or is it an exclusive booking for one party. That is especially important for someone like me who wants to travel with wife and kids and would like to have a place to ourselves. Outside of what I mentioned above I think you pretty much nailed it..looks like an awesome place.

Didn't notice the "Click here for a free hunt" button. The button needs to be more prominently displayed.:)

The posts above have some good thoughts.(y)

Just looked at the USD vs Canadian dollar exchange rate. Wow, it has cratered in the last 1.5 years. I think I need to look north for a hunt.

I enjoyed looking through your site. On your price list you are using commas where a period should go. Example. $1200,00 should be $1200.00 or just $1200.
Your lodge looks very nice and inviting.

How many years have you been in business?
Paying the full price of a safari package in advance is not something I would entertain doing.

I agree with others that a picture of you would be good.

I like the site, nice photos and easy to find what you looking for. Also a nice lodge etc.. well done. The only thing that is wrong and I don't like is that you write the area for hunting is 50,000 acre, it's probably with your farm and farms around, where you can also arrange hunting, but if they have clients during the same time it's limited hunting there.

Better to say that the farm is the exactly hectare or acres, and over that we can arrange hunting in the area on 10,000 or what ever hectares, excuse me if your farm is 50,000 acre... but I don't think there is any private farms in EC in that size..

But as I start it's a very nice website, wish you all best of luck !

Only thing is the Outfitters up here charge USD. Seem familiar!?

I liked website and it was easy to use. The only that stuck out was I didn't see any Dangerous Game prices or packages not sure if you are offering any or not. But overall it looked great.

Woke up this morning and seems I have some work to do. Incredible feedback thank you everyone.
The US vs Canadian exchange rate is typically not something we would keep an eye on but now it seems to be a factor we cannot ignore...I will get onto that ASAP.
A Bio of our team that's an idea I like.
We do offer exclusivity with all of our clients that book with us.
@gordon-kruger Thanks. Can only dream of having a 50,000 acre game farm. Your right it is the combined area of our concessions.
@LivingTheDream unfortunately we do not have license to hunt or offer dangerous game, one day though. I would never offer something we cannot deliver on.

Thanks everybody you have now confined me to my computer for the day!:(

Thanks @CAustin, we added a small "Your Hosts" section to the website. I take it you referring to the Sable Offer? That is simply an optional extra for the clients choosing if they would like to receive 2 of the 5 hunting days free of charge other than that they can do a simple deposit.

I am quite happy if you would like to ignore it and have the prices in USD/CAD interchangeably. :E Greedy:

Just browsed the site. I like the updates. My only qualm would be the photos of the lions, leopard, and elephant. You are an EC outfitter hunting EC game. I want to see an EC kudu or bushbuck when I am thinking of a hunting in the EC.

Before you mentioned that you chose the Bushbuck to be on the logo for Kingsview because they are abundant on your land. Well then if it were me then I would want a photo of a nice live ol'ram right smack on that front intital page to make that first impression a good one. Then, I would follow it up with a whole whack of great trophy photos and Rams my clients have taken.

I am also a +3 for prices in Canadian dollars as well!

Hello sir, the website looks great and the place is beautiful!!!! If I'm not mistaken I believe we hunted your place for a day when my family and I were in Africa two months ago. I took a Impala off the field below the lodge and my daughter took a zebra. The lodge was stunning and the scenery is second to none. It is just about an hour or so from alicedale in the EC?

Also we enjoyed the most beautiful sunset I've ever seen in my life while the skinners were skinning out out animals.

Guys I can tell you this, the zebra lodge is AWESOME!!!! The ranch is beautiful and there are a lot of very very nice animals. He has a amazing herd of bontebuck which we played hell stalking around to get to my impala. Those suckers can see you coming for miles and are spooky as hell. We saw some very nice Nyala which I had a very hard time keeping off the trigger for. A dandy of a warthog, zebra, and Impala. I can't for the life of me remember the name of the man we met there who I think was the ranch manager but he was a super nice guy and treated us very well. I thoroughly enjoyed the day we spent there and my daughters zebra hunt and my impala hunt was very special. Of all the places we hunted, and it was a lot, the scenery there was absolutely the most spectacular.

I have taken the time and went and looked at your web site a few time. You asked for some feedback and i needed to think about your site and what could be done to make me want to come back and look at it again. Basically, what set your site apart from other web sites. Plus, what does your web site do to make me want to jump in a purchase a hunt from you now.

1. A currency converter could be useful to add to your trophy list tab. Any potential client could use this to estimate the cost of hunting with you all they would have to do is select their country currency and select a currency you have selected to use in your business.
Or as i have seen used the basic 3 world currency that most business use.
a. UK pound
b. euro
c. USD

However, this could be based on where your clients come from. While we have AH members requesting the Canadian dollar exchange.. ask your self how many clients have you had in the past few years that were from Canada.

I have a currency converter on my computer and it is easy that any potential client could use.

2. Take a look at your photographs that are being doubled up on different tabs. If i have viewed the photo posted on one tab and the same photo then appears in the second tab you are overlapping. By the way the photos of your lodge are great, and of the trophy animals. This is where, all outfitters/PH'S need to try and take the best photos of animals and trophy's for you to place in the correct tab.
You could consider water marks on your photographs. Because our world has anti hunter that find web sites and steal photos to use in their campaign against hunting. You never know when a client of your, will become the target of the anti hunters.

3. Posting of pictures is a good to great selling point. I like to see photos broken down by years. This let a potential client know what to expect from your hunting area.... I know that this is a pain in the butt, however i have looked at web sites that have not bee updated since 2010. With out dates on photos, i do not send or ask for additional information from the operator.

Looks great! How about the temperature in Fahrenheit for us US folks?
