Elect a clown expect a circus.
I get major poor loser school yard bully vibes from the DemonRats.

DemonRats: "If I can't have it nobody can, destroy everything, keep destroying everything until we get back in and the moment we do, all & any destruction caused whilst we were not in power is the fault of republicans keeping us from power, because if we were in power none of the destruction would of happened in the first place!"

SO ITS ON IN LONDON RIGHT NOW, this is how its done. over 1800 farm tractors and a number of military tanks have rolled into London. Starmer is threatening prison, RIOTS IN FULL ON IN THE STREETS . I hope they [farmers ] prevail ,they are demanding Starmer resign. They said enough!

I was going to ask why you believe this about democrats as it is not my understanding at all.

I think that London farmer thing was last month.
And not much of a "thing" then or mow. There was a farmer thing today but it was about new inheritance tax plans. In stable democracies the wild eyed revolutionaries make up very small percentages regardless of their digital presence.

WELL THANKS MAKES SENSE , THEN THEY POST IT ON UTUBE. WONDER HOW IT TURNED OUT. 1800 TRACTORS IS NO SMALL FOOTPRINT AND the RIOTS were big.

All there is to understand is that you live your life your way and I live my life my way.
I think we probably live our lives very similarly and view a lot of things very similarly, just a few disagreements. Nothing wrong with that.

I have no idea and won't pretend to either, out of respect.

Respect is always appreciated and will always be mutual. I bet we both love guns and hunting, and we both dream of Africa. I also bet we both share similar views on tax policy and immigration. I am not sure where you stand on foreign policy but I doubt you are a dove on China either.

I think that is all very much spot on...

One of the things that I think made the US founding fathers different was.. very few of them actually wanted power or to govern.. all they wanted was a better "America"...

Washington could have very easily become King George I of America.. he instead chose to go home to his farm once the war was over.. it wasnt until 6 years after the revolutionary war ended that he took on the role as President (after it became pretty apparent that the Articles of Confederation and a Congress alone wasnt creating good governance for the US.. My understanding of history was that even then he was reluctant.. but he put his country before himself and took on the job regardless of not wanting it..

I think far too many politicians (all over the world) are motivated by power, fame, money, and/or a lot of things other than actually having a desire to improve their country.... even those with good first intentions all seem to change over time and it becomes far more about themselves than it does the people they serve... that in and of itself kills any chance of true good governance..

What we (all countries) need are people to take positions in government that truly see it as a burden, not a privilege.. they do it because they know its the right thing to do, and for no other reason...

THEN we'll see leaders that care more about the future of their nation, the people that live within their borders, etc..

Sadly.. I dont think many of those people exist in the world anymore.. and the few that might be out there lack the money and/or prominence and the connections to ever get themselves into a senior leadership position in government..
Air conditioning. That is our down fall. Washington DC in the summer was sweltering. High temps and humidity. Politicians could not wait to leave the stagnant climate of summer in our capital. With AC this has changed. We have year round politicians looking to enrich themselves because too much comfort has been provided with Freon. Remove these creature comforts and cast these representatives back to their constituents where a proper tar and feathering can keep people honest. I am all for modern technology but this seems to have preempted the integrity of those elected to office. Food born illnesses might also be helpful in the struggle against the ruling class. At one time in the not so distant past in was considered a noble endeavor to represent your district rather than a get rich quick scheme.

thanks for your reply bob , is it feasible to build a 444 on a P14/M17 , or is the no4 enfield easier to build? i know where i can buy a lothar walther barrel in 44, 1-38 twist , but i think with a barrel crown of .650" the profile is too light .
