Show me your Boyd Laminate Stock

Thinking about buying one of these to put on my .505 gibbs, but the website doesn't do a great job of representing the colors. Would love to see some actual photos, thanks in advance
Great replacement stocks!!! When my dad’s Ruger M77 stock cracked bought one and love it. The only problem is when I replaced the trigger with a Timney they had to take out a lot of wood to get it to work

Any opinions on what color to choose? Keeping in mind it is going onto a rilfe I paid 5k for. I have narrowed my choices to:
Nutmeg
X Maple
XX Maple
Walnut Standard
X Walnut
Claro XX Walnut

Wait... Are some of these just regular wood? I thought they were all laminate - Definitely only looking at a laminated stock

I gotta be honest, I would not put a Boyds stock on a 5,000 dollar rifle. They make a decent stock for the money, but I am not especially enamored with their offerings. The Platinum is the only pattern I like enough to own on the Remington 600 I pictured. They have some weird lines and architecture in a lot of their stocks. I would look elsewhere on an expensive rifle. Thats just me, no offense intended to those who like them.

Where would you look?

Being an avowed curmudgeon, I love wood stocked classic rifles. But I must admit from a purely useful standpoint I would much prefer a laminated stock on a dangerous game gun than any synthetic stock.

@Beck
I have 2 Boyd's stocks. The walnut one one my 25 fits me like a glove whilst the pepper laminate on my 35 Whelen AI doesn't fit as well and after a few full power loads you really notice the recoil. On the other hand the factory stock on my Savage Whelen mitigates recoil so well that even after a box of full power loads it's still comfortable to shoot.
I think it depends on the style of stock you get.
My son has the Evo thumbhole on his 22lr and loves it.

If'n the budget allows it looks at LUXUS walnut. They provide blanks of various grades to the top end makers at reasonable prices. But then you would have to get it made

Pepper laminate on the platinum pattern, that I recently fitted to a 1909 Argentine Mauser. As noted by others, it did take a fair amount of work to fit.

I didn't see your request re: ship co’s. My last shipment was 2023. Quotes from SBS Logistics ($1,198), Badger Cargo ($1,184 - used them) & AHG Trophy Shippers ($1,746). AHG owner's an asshole so wouldn't have used him anyway. Eastern Cape - Houston, TX, so your mileage may vary. NEVER use Karl Human Taxidermy aka Wild Africa Taxidermy on Eastern Cape. Trophies arrived shattered with no padding/packing material.
