What are the dates?

The expo is during the day Friday the 21st and Saturday the 22nd of February. The banquets/auctions are in the evenings both nights. Quite a large vendor showing at the expo based on their website info. Friday night attire is anything goes, Saturday is more formal (jacket, tie optional) and the ladies get dolled up a bit.

I'm going to write the SCI chapter momentarily to ask that they put people that use my last name or the term "Africa Hunting Forum" at the same tables so we can meet each other in person.

@John the Electrician has been kind enough to track the in-region AH members. Pasting their info below so they're aware of the invitiation.

Thank you for the invite! Somehow I missed the notification, but stumbled upon the thread. While I'm very interested in attending some of these shindigs and meeting other members in-person, unfortunately I already have plans for that weekend. Please keep me in mind for future events.

Wish I could be there and meet some of you. I go South for the winters now due to some issues. I now miss things like the Wells Gun show, Heartland Pheasants For Ever event and Now this. They are all in the Winter.

Wells Gun Show is nothing missed. It used to be a real good one but now is not worth the travel time to get there
