Woodleigh shows the bullet for the 450/400 Nitro at .408. Same caliber for Ruger at .410.

I suspect you would be fine, like any reloading project, start lowish and work up. watch for your loads to cross in the 2100-2200 fps range and slow down till they are left/right on the correct orientation.
