What did you reload today?

Just finished reloading some more 22 Hornet.

Pulled a variety of bullets from cartridges with hit primers I found at the range. Dumped the powder in a sealable marked Mixed Powder container the good brass went in a mixed bag of oddball brass for later segregation and the bad/damaged brass went into the recycle bag for scrap metal.

Then did a bit of cleanup, reorganization, and inventory of components in preparation to reload 44 mag 45 ACP.

I casted some hollow point Keith bullets for my 44s today. The mold has interchangeable pins so you can cast hollow points or solids.
The hollow points weigh 250 grains and the solids 260, with this alloy.

Refining loads for my new 308 Norma Mag.
Fired first rounds through it yesterday and it’s showing me .60 to .70 groups with new brass and no previous data for this rifle. Now I have fire formed cases and can begin serious load development.
I love the Brux barrel!

Today loaded the last small, fire-forming batch of 577-450 for the MH. Russian duplex with 440 gr cast GC. No, the bullets aren’t blue-tipped. Color is an artifact of the temperature of the LED light over my bench :)

Looking good, but I bet 0.5grn more powder will have them spot on.

Hoping to just that when I get the chance (y)

A bit of .350 Rigby loaded tonight.

Working up new loads for a 300 Win Mag with 180 Barnes TTSX and 200 Nosler Accubond, as well as a .375 H&H with 300 TSX. Loaded up a few different "ladder test" loads, as well as a few "fine tuning" loads to verify some prior ladder tests. Working up loads at 70-80 grains/cartridge and 200-300 gr bullets get pricey!!

Recently built a 16'x20' shop to be used for general storage, my very lean home gym (squat rack with bench and pullup bar), and my reloading bench.

Today I got my press mounted, some very rudimentary organizing, and my first 5 rounds of 458 win mag loaded up to shoot the rifle for the first time tomorrow. I'm tickled!

Loaded up a handful of 500 Jeffery rounds with 535 grain Woodleighs and some “Little” bullets of the same weight. Going to try them in my new R8 barrel in 500 J.
