Hi guys

Wanted to share my latest find with you guys.
I just bought it today and will probably only be in my hands in a few weeks.
If anyone can give any info on the scope mounting system I would be much obliged.
After a brief search the only thing I can find on the internet so far is that it is called the WR "special" attachment.

Cheers

F

There's one for sale right now on gunsinternational.com in .318 accelerated express that looks a lot like yours but it's not a take down.

very nice the ring side will have to be custom made ,mark cromwellat NECG may be able ,reto buhler should, Matt at MNRcustom guns it will take some knowledge this is not a typical mount

Mmm, getting rings sorted for that rifle could end up getting spendy. I had the same dilemma with an old Rigby 275. It came with the original scope, integral rings and bases.
Needless to say things have moved on in the world of optics. I found a gunsmith in the U.K. who would undertake the work. At £3200 I politely declined !

nice rifle good luck on rings. I had a H&H and tried to get some of the one mentioned above to make me a set of rings either they wouldn’t or one said 2 yrs and $3500 can’t remember which ones said which.

hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
