Some how I have come into possession of a sadly mixed up collection of parts connected to a barreled action marked "Westley Richards, London .303". The barreled action is in fact barreled and chambered in .303 British, but the magazine, trigger guard and stock are sad replacements which will somtimes feed a .303 cartridge. I have in addition to a complete Siamese Mauser, a magazine and trigger guard from such a rifle and it looks as though the magazine and trigger guard would fit. Of course, I would still need a floorplate, floorplate catch and spring, follower and follower spring to complete the job, but I'm curious wheter anyone has ever attempted to match a Siamese magazine with a Westley Richards barreled action.

It may work since the Siamese rifle also used the slant box mauser action. As far as I know these where only ever made for Rigby so a WR on a slant box would be neat! Post some pics…

I will be looking for a set of these when my .505 is done... sadly not cashed up right now for these. :(
Need anything in trade?
Cheers,

what kind of velocity does the 140 grains list, curious how they would fit in with my current 130 gr, supply of 270s. maybe a pic of the box data listing vel. and drop. Oh and complements on that ammo belt, nice.
