USA: Double Rainforest Grizzly Hunt On The Wild Coast Part I

magnificent bears, well written story, memories for life.

Thank you Edward, fun but hard work making those memories! Makes them sweeter.

Love the Big Bears,I shot mine A little farther north on the A,B C islands 9 foot,1in. John

Nice John! Those are some fascinating bears in the ABC islands, closely related to polar bears too, that's a bear hunt I'd enjoy too proper remote as well. One of a kind, 9'1 is a lovely bear, biggest here this year was 8'11.

my wife and i did our bears in alaska, great experience, yours sounds way more rugged.

Thank you Edward, Alaskans are our neighbors and we have more in common with them than the rest of Canada. Both wonderful places.

Some more pics from the North Coast, a few of these going to the alpine side of the territory.

Here's a photo of Tony receiving that Shaw & Hunter award at the 1970 annual EAPHA Dinner Dance. Tony Dyer, then EAPHA President and Princess (Sunny) von Auersperg presented it. I also attended the event.
