When we built the house, I wanted the only thing someone could see from the road to be my flag. We missed that mark by a few feet on the roof, but the flag still the main thing you see. I fly a 4x6 foot most of the time, I have an 8' Navy Jack, but it is a load on the pole, so I am careful on what days I have it up.
