Hello there

I offer fair chase buffalo hunting in the Niassa Reserve of Northern Mozambique. It is a concession of 1.6 million acres of unfenced wilderness. It is wild and it is remote. We have very good buffalo hunting indeed! Please feel free to DM me for further information.

Best

Grat,

Although Panther Trackers is best known for our leopard hunts over hounds, we do handle Cape Buffalo safaris as well. A straight-up buffalo hunt is far less complex than a leopard safari, and we have access to several excellent areas with dependable harvest of quality Daggga boys.

Happy to connect via DM if you would like details on areas, availability, and pricing for 2026.

Good day @Grat,

I believe we have exactly what you're looking for on our privately owned property that borders Gonarezhou National Park in Mozambique. This past season the hunting has been fantastic and we've hunted some exceptional Buff.

I'll send you a dm with all the details.

Kind regards,
Rouan Nel

I have heard nothing but great reports with Dave Langerman Safaries! Can anyone give an update though on Northern Moz in terms of safety please? I could be wrong but I thought that was where the camp was attacked?

This question about safety in Northern Moçambique- Niassa is interresting also for me. That‘s one of the regions in Southern Africa where I would like to hunt- mainly for Buffalo

Dave was kind enough to share pictures with me throughout his season. They conducted several hunts in Niassa this year. It seems like it is safe to go back hunting there again. I think some clients postponed their hunts because of what happened this year but those that chose to go did have great success. And since Dave is posting we can see that safety wasn’t an issue even though things were pretty dicey for a couple of months.

Ok.- I didn‘t know what happened this year in Niassa. Sorry but no more interrest to go hunting there.

Hey Guys

As Cme1983 said, I had a very good season in Niassa this year. Please feel free to DM about the hunt, the area and any other concerns you have. Niassa is an incredible place - the scenery is awesome and the hunting is exciting.
I am working on a few posts for AH - photos to follow.

Best to you all
Dave

thanks for your reply bob , is it feasible to build a 444 on a P14/M17 , or is the no4 enfield easier to build? i know where i can buy a lothar walther barrel in 44, 1-38 twist , but i think with a barrel crown of .650" the profile is too light .
