I Hate politics, That being said I took my wife and sixteen year old daughter to DC for spring break.
I am on the board of a charity, honor flight KY. We raise money to fly veterans to DC to see their respective
memorials. So I have seen all the war memorials and Arlington ect.. They are very impressive.
In taking my family we visited some museums, we saw the cherry blossoms and all the things that tourists do.

When I visited the national Archives and viewed the constitution , the declaration and the bill of rights I WEPT!
We still live in the best nation on the planet!

I was privileged to attend a full military burial at Arlington Cemetery recently for a decorated veteran of WWII, Korean, and Vietnam wars. It was the most awe inspiring tribute I have ever witnessed. I was ready at my ripe old age to pick up arms against anyone who would threaten our country. God bless those who have sacrificed so much to defend the country these idiots in Washington take for granted!
