The Classicist: The US$ 825,000 Rifle

It's a nice rifle. But 825k ? Its not that nice.
That is just a ive got so much money to buy everything, might aswell have one of those ,type rifles.
If I had that kind of extra money. I would just buy my own hunting grounds in africa. Then enjoy the hunt with my old Remington!

what is the action?
if it is just a crappy sako it is seriously over capitalized.
there exist firearms referred to as pimped up.
this and the double above might come into that category.
bruce.

Personally, I prefer my Krieghoff Ulm Primus, immaculate craftmanship at a reasonable price:

Way too much bling bling for me.....

I agree on the tasteless engraving, but the wood looks great, as it should be at that price.

Had an excellent classifieds transaction with JoninCO. A truly honest and standup member. I wouldn't hesitate at all to deal with him again. Thanks, J!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
