I leave this coming week to hunt the Lukwati area in SW Tanzania. On the menu is buff, sable, general Pg and perhaps leopard. Hunting with Mike Angelides (McCallum Safaris) for three weeks. If I get some decent photos I will post some here.

I'd like to thank all here who helped with information and suggestions for my hunt.

Amazing area, from what I've read about it. Some big Lions in that concession.

…sight. I was at an airport close to Arusha when I used my credit card at the gift shop in the airport. They claimed it CC machine was broke and took somewhere in the back. Tried to charge big ticket items at an museum nearby. DON’T let the CC out of your sight. Period.

Made it to Augusta Georgia yesterday for a meeting, hunt bookings are looking good for 2026 and 2027, had a great time on our Alabama safari shot a rutting deer at 200 yards with 7mm PRC near Huntsville and then headed on to Butler Alabama and semi guided my first deer ever shot a very nice broken off 8 point with hunter there and spend a few days on 1100 acres hunting preserve awesome place!
