We hunted with Juan and Lauren of @LJ SAFARIS in early October 2025 after booking a 4-animal spiral-horn package. I am STILL excited a month later! This hunt was absolutely incredible! My initial package had included Waterbuck, Eland, Nyala, and Bushbuck. Additionally, we had expressed interest in taking Fallow Deer, Caracal, Bushpig, and Warthog. Ultimately, we took the Waterbuck, Nyala, Bushbuck, and Bushpig from the initial wish list. We had solid opportunities at trophy Eland and Warthog, but weren't able to follow through. This was entirely on us and had nothing to do with the opportunities or trophy quality. Additionally, we were also able to take White Blesbok, Black Springbuck, a gorgeous Lechwe and a Duiker when the opportunities for those animals presented. Juan and Lauren worked incredibly hard every single day to make sure that we had a world-class experience, and they succeeded across the board. The hunting was truly world-class. The accommodations at both concessions were incredible. The staff and lodge owners/managers were all very inviting. The meals were superb.......I am hopeful that I can hunt with them again in 2026.
