Show us your hunting hat or even regular hats. Stetson, Akruba, resistol, cowboy hats ? Fadora ? Baseball Cap, Panama?
Naturally it's an AH hat. I guide in it also its been to Mexico, Romania, and Africa. I didnt have it yet when I went to Brazil but will rectify that next time I go. I hope to have it back on African soil soon. My wife hates it because it's dirty, sweaty, and blood stained from both various animals and myself. I have a couple of new AH hats which are my Sunday go to meetin hats but none are as special as this one. I wear it everywhere and have threatened my my wife with death if she throws it away, as she tries to on a regular basis. When the tearful day finally comes that it needs to be retired I will probably put it in a shadow box along with the bullets from my lion and display it in the trophy room.

Wow great photos. That's a beautiful Lion. Congrats on a successful hunt !
I thought you were going to say Wow, that's a beautiful hat!!!
For over 20 years this hat has been on every camping trip, fishing boat and sailing boat that I have.
Replaced the first one for Africa with @KMG Hunting Safaris and it brought me good luck.
Keeps me safe moose hunting at home.
I like my Tilley hat and wear it often.
But my Mokore Safaris hat has travelled quite a lot. Got in Vegas, wore it to the Grand Canyon, Alaska, hunting in Zambia, alligator hunting, duck hunting in Canada, hunting in the Congo and plenty of places in between.
This is going to be a great thread. Will take a picture when I get home!
got to advertise the site.
heres my dress hat and of coarse my african hat.
My good hat is an Akubra
My work hat and what had been my hunting hat is slighty more worn and nondescript
I have just got a Rouge airhead for the summer hunting
Mike, is your Tilley the same as a Boonie Packer?
