Don't dismiss Cheddite primers if you can find some. I split an order of 5,000 with a buddy and both of us have had good luck with them. No misfires or other problems. I'm about out of mine, and my buddy has already shot all of his. I'll buy more if they become available.

My understanding is cheddite is the primer fiocchi uses in all of their shotshells…

My daughter has literally shot close to 10,000 rounds of fiocchi white rhino this year (she’s a competitive clays shooter)… with exactly zero problems with any of her ammo (sadly I can’t say the same thing about her primary shotgun.. it’s made trips to visit the gunsmith twice this year already)…
