I would say you can’t really do it feasibly in one place. This is unless you have $400,000 to hunt the rhino in Namibia then you could hunt a lion near Etosha and the elephant in Caprivi. Likely you will hunt the rhino, a white rhino, on private land in RSA. Then you can go to Zim for the ele and lion. The elephant and lion hunt will be 21 days likely.Where can you go to get all three of these at one time? How long would you allow to do it?
Not all lions are "fencef" in RSA....Cost wise it makes sense to get the elephant in Zimbabwe. If you want a wild free range lion then you can do that in Zim as well.
RSA for rhino, and lion if you don't care that it is fenced in. There is a wild managed hunt advertised here that is a good compromise over the get and put type of lion hunts that are normally offered at RSA.
Getting the trophies into the USA is a different problem though.

So hunting elephant, rhino and lion on a 50 000 acre area which is heavily wooded for the most part and includes large mountenous areas where they have been self sustainable for 20 years would not be considered a fair chase hunt?
...
Yes all DG areas in SA are fenced but saying that hunting DG in SA is not of the same quality and experience as anywear else in Africa as a result is just not true...
