Welcome aboard and good luck in your venture. I can sympathize with your concern about being on the quiet side. I am very shy around people until I get to know them. I usually avoid crowds and gatherings. Conversely, I was a Master Trainer (teacher ) in the army for over 20 years and in constant contact with enlisted and commissioned types teaching, briefing, pitching new courses, etc. It was easy after awhile because it was familiar territory in a structured environment. However, in the right place, I'll yak your ear off. I think you'll do just fine. Don't be concerned about doing anything wrong. You know your job and the performance will come naturally if you concentrate on it.
