You're assuming Trump and Rubio got their information from some intelligent source inside the State Dept. But they have a history of fabricating facts and shooting off their mouths before the real facts are in. The shoe fits. The British media says no guns or explosives were found and the kids were released on bail. All points to the same conclusion: false alarm. I'd be curious to know what the punks were charged with. Possibly trespassing but it sounds like they may have been on a public roadway. What possible reason would the "left leaning" British media have for making up those facts? Oh I know! King Charles is secretly working with the Iranians to bring down US military so he can reestablish the British Empire. Sure. That makes sense. Maybe it's all an attempt to embarrass Trump? Put the bait, any bait, out there and he will bite. He always does. But what would be the point in that? The guy embarrasses himself without any assistance on a daily basis with little or no no effect on American voters. Perhaps the British media is printing facts that really are facts. As a local to this the whole think stinks 5 lads drive from london to steal petrol in three vans near one of the most active bases in the uk at the moment. you do not close off a whole village and business for two and a half days for petrol theft. the bullshit and arse covering coming from the government and the police is unbeliveable. and british citizen is a very loose defination these days.

A lot of "assuming" it was terrorism. Apparently the passengers were somehow able to gain access to the cabin and there are photos of both assailants being restrained on the floor of the plane. There is conjecture that another pilot was on board who was capable of landing the plane. Very lucky. The million dollar question is how did a copilot get a knife on board? I can't even board with a tiny pair of mustache scissors or roll of duct tape. Don't the staff on board have to go through the same security checks? They should since the Massad guy in the video said this kind of terrorism has happened before.

I guess the good news is the plane had to land in Saudi Arabia. Those guys are not adverse to using draconian methods to obtain information. Convenient for the assailants to be in hospital where medical treatment is handy in the event of slip and fall down the stairs ... repeatedly.
