I’m not sure about a cognitive test, but it’s a good thing Presidents don’t have to take polygraph tests.
Good for the people, or good for the presidents?

I mean, they’ve been talking about “fat tax” for years now.
I’m fortunate I workout and eat healthy cause I like the taste of the food but a little sweet here and there ain’t killing me and if it does it was worth it.

Rather than a fat tax they should stop subsidizing bad food. The Harris teeter in an affluent area we shop at has an amazing selection of food and it’s cheaper then if you are out in rural county grocery stores. I’d love to hear how they rational that. Corn and wheat is subsidized so heavy in the states to keep the prices down for trash food companies to get their number one ingredient cheap.
Farmers know if they goverment didn’t subsidize it it wouldn’t make sense when the price plummet to keep growing it. It’s just like sugar during Clinton’s administration or milk during Reagan.

Once they own your healthcare. “Universal healthcare for all” they can then dictate your lifestyle. Dirt bikes are risky, smoking ads risk, guns ad risk.

Then you Pay more for your risky lifestyle. And eventually they raise the insurance premiums for firearms so high you can’t afford it so you choose healthcare over guns.
I think you went in two different directions. My “Universal Healthcare” doesn’t ask about my extra curriculars, nor do I pay more than anyone else based on what I do.

It sounds like you have an issue with insurers (which we don’t have) getting their nose in your business and adding on up charges based on your risk profile.

So, after seeing today’s latest Truth post, I’d love an explanation as to how a cognitive test would have disqualified Obama? Agree with his policies or not, he’s been the only articulate and coherent president of the 21st century.
Yes.....articulate viper, lying POS, and directly responsible for the current state of the Democrat party, and some of its shadow government
I would crawl across the Sahara desert to piss on his grave.

Treatment pays better than prevention, and political donations are a thing.

Still articulate and fully functioning, which Trump just claimed he wasn’t.

I now hope you live a long life, because I would love to read in the news about someone attempting to piss on a presidential grave

It will be a long line ... I'll have to wait my turn.

You’re under the illusion that Canada can’t dictate your gun freedoms. Look what they did to Canadian truckers during Covid. they seized and closed their bank accounts. Took their business licenses. They will eventually get around to dictating other rights and wrap it in your healthcare risk. They are still boiling the Canadian frog one degree increase at a time.

No, you made two contradictory comments (at least the way I read them). I’m quite aware of what’s going on up here, and I can assure you, that no one is paying more for healthcare than anyone else based on their risk profile (which seemed to be the crux of your argument). Even what happened with the truckers, not that I’m agreeing with it, had nothing to do with their stance on Covid, but with how they acted out. They could have sat at home unvaccinated and not had their bank accounts frozen. I had co-workers who did just that and had the balls to put their money where their mouth was and say at home for their beliefs, and guess what? They were back to work with open arms once the mandate was lifted.

On the bright side, we are upping speed limits on divided highways, so I guess they aren’t factoring that into our healthcare costs.

Certainly not a logical argument if you think the Republicans are responsible because they didn't cave in to the Democrats ridiculous demands
No commentary on the Republicans passing the DHS funding bill on a voice vote today? The same one they could have passed a month ago?

If not passing it was not caving, then what is passing it?

Johnson caved in to the watered down Senate .DHS bill that still doesn't cover full funding across the board. It's a stop gap for a situation that the Democrats will continue to hold hostage.
Maybe you should turn your attention to the political party that hates Ice and CBP.

Johnson wanted to pass it a month ago. The freedom caucus didn’t. The freedom caucus changed their position not Johnson.

Yes it doesn’t cover everything which was my point earlier. They could have passed this and funded secret service and TSA. You were praising them for not but now not criticizing them for changing.

I don’t ask that you or anyone agree with me, just be consistent.

So any comments on the Canadian government's feeling on protesting?

Reading between the lines a bit but sounds like if you dont like what your government is doing and speak up, then I guess it is ok for the government to freeze their assets? Also not sure how sitting at home is "having balls".

Well that’s a separate conversation and argument, but I believe in everyone’s right to protest, even if I don’t believe in their cause. And as far as the trucker convoy goes, I wasn’t there, and I sure as hell don’t believe any of the media/social media reports about it regardless of which end of the spectrum it came from, so I honestly don’t have much of an opinion on it besides that it could have been handled much better by all parties involved.

And “having the balls” meant they sat at home without a paycheque because they believed in it, which I respect. Sure they could have picketed outside the oil plant, but that sounds far too uniony and communist to be an acceptable idea here. Fun fact, the union plant down the road DIDNT put mandatory vaccinations in place due to union pushback.

I personally would like to see some consistency in the Canadian governments handling of protesters. I’d hope that the next time the natives get their feathers in a twist and decide they haven’t had a payout in awhile we see chiefs with frozen bank accounts and “freedom warriors” labeled as terrorists. After all stopping commerce by blocking highways and burning tires is standard operating procedure for them.

There are lots of examples of similar behaviour by the same groups and if you happen to attend any of their protests such as I have over the fisheries disputes it’s always the same faces “professional protesters” if you will.

It’s okay to be a protester that demands more free stuff, because they know you are a Libiturd voting socialist. It’s definitely not okay to protest as an over taxed Conservative, that’s forced to pay for all the free shit.

With all the anti NATO talk in the news in recent years. It’s refreshing to know that in the trenches cross training still continues. And I’m sure the guys in the trenches are disappointed in the political atmosphere.

As many here have posted that each of us hold only respect for even the smallest militaries in NATO.

Our guys are still cross training. Here is a video from last year. Training Germans in our tools and tactics. Even though it was a German that invented the Drager (Bernhard Dräger). And today there is talk of pulling troops from Germany. I’ll guarantee those guys hope we stay allies.

These videos always make me laugh for video sake they’re in crystal clear water when in reality it’s always diving in coffee type visibility or pitch black night. I also laugh at how guys climb the rope ladders. it’s much easier to climb them from the sides, climbing them traditional ways you fight it all the way up. Teaching the Germans bad habits.

You are obviously a poster child for TDS and a product of the MSM… CNN, MS (DNC), etc. The Dems, with a thin, simple minority in the House and Senate, were able and willing to hold up bills because they desperately want to eliminate and de-fund ICE by holding the entire DHS hostage. The Dems, desperate to regain power, view illegal aliens as their current power base and future voter base. ICE, CBP, Border Patrol, TSA, Coast Guard, etc. are all under DHS. No more complicated than that. Same two-year-old tantrum Schumer led stunt as before with brainless Dems following in lockstep with worthless, spineless swamp dweller Repubic Thune sitting on hands and stammering away……

I didn’t say a thing about Trump this isn’t about him.

This funding bill was the result of negotiation. That’s how Congress is supposed to work. Our entire system was set up by ten founding fathers so that a majority couldn’t run rough shod over the minority.

My point is that the freedom caucus delayed funding for the majority of DHS agencies for an extra month and got nothing for it.

In the states most of the big unions pushed back on Covid vaccine mandates. Police, firefighters and ups to name a few.

Im not as versed on everything that happened in Canada with the truckers but I thought there government ruled that Trudeau was wrong in enacting the emergency act.

I remember reading that the government froze people accounts that donated money to the cause and even had banks call there mortgage loans. If either of those are true that’s downright criminal regardless of there reasoning. That’s a government sending a message “F around and find out” what happens if you support something we don’t like.

I will be looking for a set of these when my .505 is done... sadly not cashed up right now for these. :(
Need anything in trade?
Cheers,
