on a lighter note...

A is for After Burner.
Used mainly for highway speed to out run law enforcement "speed traps" , to speed past convoys of semi trucks, and around those nuisance slow drivers only doing 10 miles per hour over the posted speed limit in the "fast"/left lane. However, the A gear is not recommended for rural and in city use.

Seriously, although it looks like an "A" due to poor quality control stamping, it is really meant to be an "R" for reverse, for use to back the vehicle up.

I read that to my wife and we got a kick out of it!
A week ago, there was a snowfall, which they say was "the heaviest in 50 years" - they're lying, of course, but it was a decent snowfall. The chairman of the condominium where my daughter lives asked the residents to help with snow removal on the property. They had already removed 10 huge trucks of snow, but there was still a lot of snow, especially in the parking lot. After 10 p.m., my son-in-law put the children to bed and went outside with a shovel. About 10 people gathered, and the chairman offered a bottle of cognac and a couple of bottles of champagne. The work went well, and people would occasionally run home to get more.
After midnight, everyone got into a good mood, and they started riding on shovels on the snow piles and so on. My son-in-law said goodbye and went home, as he had to get up for work the next day. I visited them today, and there were no parking issues.

I will be looking for a set of these when my .505 is done... sadly not cashed up right now for these. :(
Need anything in trade?
Cheers,
