I'm afraid you are partially right, and starting at an early age....my three yr old daughter knew I planned to build her a rocking giraffe, but it was dropped for weeks. How then did she know the day I did it--when I picked her up from daycare, her first words were "Did you build my rocking giraffe today? I just know you did." Fast forward to 3 yr old grand daughter--"Did you build my pink treehouse? I just know you did!" UNFAIR advantage! My wife constantly calls to ask me about something I have just been thinking about--uncanny!
But I don't think she intercepts any thoughts of hanky-panky....why?....because I would be hearing about it till' doomsday if she ever did.
