New member from Minnesota

Welcome to this very helpful forum and all the people involved in it. Your dreams will come true. Good hunting!!
Welcome David. I'm from Minnesota also although a bit North of you.

Yea many Outfitters can accommodate your needs. You can shoot from the truck if you wish. And if you cannot climb up into the back, you can probably hunt from the front passenger seat.

In fact your timing could be great. Check out the threads about Bossie at @Limpopo Big Game Safaris. He's probably going to be a bit gimpy himself for a while. Maybe you guys could make up quite a pair;) Knowing Bossie pretty well, I'm positive he'd put a custom package together for you at a sharp price. Perhaps some hunting out of blinds, some out of the truck, and some short walks if you are up to it.

Hello, my bucket list includes hunting African game. I am disabled with a bad knee replacement. I own a custom 375h&h magnum rifle. Any ideas or recommendations would be welcome.
Thanks,
David Zimprich

I'm a bit late with this, but welcome to AH!

thanks for your reply bob , is it feasible to build a 444 on a P14/M17 , or is the no4 enfield easier to build? i know where i can buy a lothar walther barrel in 44, 1-38 twist , but i think with a barrel crown of .650" the profile is too light .
