Needing a scope for a .22 Hornet

Just acquired a M77 .22 Hornet, looking for an older (cheaper) S&B, Kahles, Zeiss, etc. for it. The old school high gloss scope. If anyone has one collecting dust they wish to part with, please reach out.
@Jbbhm
A nice old high gloss Kahles 8x56 would be an ideal scope. 2nd hand they can be had for a reasonable price.

I like your vision!

Zeiss Diatal-C 4x32 on my M77 22 Hornet. I picked this scope up on gunbroker a couple years ago. Have seen some on 24hrcampfire and **NOT**PERMITTED** in the past as well!

Look forward to seeing what you mount on yours!

If it were me, I'd like for a straight 4 or 6 power Leupold on eBay. It would look and function perfectly on that rifle.

Did you mount yours high so the bolt wouldn’t hit the eyepiece? Reading on line that seems to be a common issue. I’ve got some 30m rings ordered to mount a Trijicon credo 2-10x36 I had lying on a shelf to the rifle so I can see what kind of room I’m working with.

Just moving to DM. Yes, please ask your friend if he knows somebody who might be willing to support a persistent hunt in the snow.
