If you can find N203 try that out. It is suppose to be same as RL15. LIKE Rl 22 to MRP, RL25 TO MRP2, I HAVE READ THAT IN ART ALPHINES ANY SHOT YOU WANT RELOADING MANUAL. ALL THESE ARE NORMA POWDERS LABELED FOR CUSTOMER.

Midway has several powders in stock including Accurate 4064. It’s similar to reloader 15.
