I saw one for sale on Gunbroker in the last 15 years and that's itThat’s funny, the tariffs will slow the import of Musgrave. How many people on here have ever seen one in the us? I’ve been to gun shows all over the US and I think I’ve seen 2. Hell you don’t see many in Africa.
So people keep their musgrave rifles for more than a lifetime or there are not many around anymore ?I saw one for sale on Gunbroker in the last 15 years and that's it
This exchange - barrel - concept is old stuff. Actually every european manufacturer has this idea realised for more than 20/30 years. Best known is Blaser, Sauer and Co! Combination guns from Heym and Krieghoff or Merkel even from the beginning!I visited Musgraves facility in Ermelo in June. Fantastic bunch of people. Allowed me to wander thru the whole facility (my PH who was hosting me is a friend of theirs, so I am sure that helped) and every person answered any questions and showed me what they were working on.
They also showed me their new switch barrel rifle. It will accommodate nearly any caliber, as their plan is when you change caliber, you would change barrel, magazine, and bolt or bolt head. And at that point, they thought each change package would be in the neighborhood of $1000 USD.
Very cool concept.
