usually the only trouble in zambia is when the university students decide to riot over something as they do....or maybe just like a fix of tear gas occasionally ....only pain with that is if the wind is blowing wrong way the gas blows through the mall where my favourite drinking and eating place is !!!!

I did not know of STEP. After comparing State's assessment of conditions in Haiti with reality in 2008 and 2010, I do not rely on them much.
