Leupold VX-6HD, 2-12x42, Firedot. CDS dial is still available from Leupold. This is the first generation VX6.

I did mount this scope and used it for one whitetail hunting season, which consisted of me sitting in my heated tree blind so this scope hasn’t been used very hard.

While I do not have the exact box this scope came in, I do have a Leupold VX5 scope box I can send it in or for a more secured shipping process.

Just wanted to run this up for some interesting info Earlier today this scope appeared in a for sale-optics classified on another site. The scammer used virtually all the language and one photo. It appears a member over there was hacked and his name/account used to post the ad. Fortunately it was caught before anyone lost money! Guess moral of the story is that the scammers are using any and all info from classifieds so be careful on what you post and include in photos!

30+ years ago my ex-brother-in-law carved this buffalo head out of a 2x10 pine board for me. For a non-artist he did a great job!
