I posted a while back about information about buying an Interarms mark x 458wm with a Hogue stock for $900. Well I decided to buy it but it came with more than I expected. The guy went into the back and carried a box out and said "it's got a few extra things with it" 100rds of brass, four boxes of ammo and reloading dies.

I was telling myself it's to good of a deal to pass up. I'm still going to try and find me a good deal on a post 64 model 70 458wm supergrade. That's the rifle on the top of my list. I may end up keeping this one or maybe trade it later on for a model 70.
You made a good choice. Brass, dies, ammo. Shoot it before you decide to sell it. Mine is in the original Whitworth stock, fits perfectly.
Winchester M70s are great but the Whitworth. 458 is my favorite rifle.

Yeah I kind of wish it had the wood stock but I'm not going to gripe about it. It's definitely a nice rifle but the model 70 supergrade holds a lot of memories for me

You did great on that deal! Interarms shoot very well in my experience. With just a little work you could get a standard mauser wood stock to fit your rifle.

Most of my hunts are solo — just me, my rifle, and a good map. Sometimes I tag along with an old buddy for a week in Zimbabwe or South Africa, but more often than not, it’s just me.
Big fan of classic hunting — bolt-action rifles, old-school tracking, and taking the time to really be in the moment.
Just did a podcast, check it out if interested!
