Ohhhhh I am so jealous!!! I have always wanted to do falconry! I have met Johnonathan Wood from upstate New York multiple times. He runs an organization called The Raptor Project. He rescues raptors from arround the world and releases them back to the wild. If the bird is hurt to bad, he keeps them for his shows. If anyone remembers the movie The Tenenbaums? That is his peregrine falcon in the movie. If I am not mistaken that was his hunting bird. He hunts upstate NY falconry season. A few years back he was hunting with it and he never came back. Has no idea what happened to him. He just never returned. I have always wanted to own and hunt with a raptor! Let me tell you again how jealous I am!!! thanks for posting, and please more pics are always welcome!

Here's a photo of Tony receiving that Shaw & Hunter award at the 1970 annual EAPHA Dinner Dance. Tony Dyer, then EAPHA President and Princess (Sunny) von Auersperg presented it. I also attended the event.
