PR is part of the US (a territory) but it may have tight restrictions for export/import like Hawaii does.

They claimed they did it frequently. So that was my plan as we were on vacation. Despite several messages it never happened.

No, it was just an extra from the hunt. Was only going to pay shipping at the time it happened.
