Hunt from Hell

Seems the outfitter wanted to be paid the trophy fee on each animal as it was taken and wanted funds wired to his account same day.

Well that's unorthodox, and a big red flag.

Won't be hunting with them. Thanks for informing us.

A number of you have asked that I disclose the outfitter and where I was hunting when the misadventures of “The Hunt from Hell “ occurred. I have been reluctant to this point for two reasons. First, I had hope that the guy would get back to me with some sort of reconciliation but haven’t heard a cricket chirp from him. Secondly, I had a friend hunting with him until yesterday and didn’t want to compromise his trip with negative press. Friend is back stateside and had issues related to money. Seems the outfitter wanted to be paid the trophy fee on each animal as it was taken and wanted funds wired to his account same day. So taking into consideration how I was treated and then my friend as well; I have no problem disclosing the outfitter’s information. I hope the animals that my friend and his boys harvested will make it to the taxidermist!!

I never made any attempt to pronounce his last name and am reasonably sure I’ll not have any need to do so. We were hunting Limpopo just across the river from Limcroma operations.
This character must be flying on the edge of insolvency. I have never ever heard of someone demanding funds wired to an account the same day. That raises a host of red flags without your experience.

I now can almost guarantee you, regardless how much it rained, that the outfitter and PH were totally aware there were no buffalo to be killed on that property. Your money was long spent, and the outfitter wasn't about to try and purchase quota from another farm for you to hunt. Hopefully, your report will keep others from being burned by this outfit.

Hello! I saw your post from last year about a missing crate from your hunt in Moz. I am curious how that all turned out? We (my fiancé and I) also hunted in Moz in 2024 and the trophies are being shipped with Hunters Services Limitada. We have some concerns on whether we will get the trophies home or not. May I ask who you hunted with?
