Enquiring about the hippo PAC hunt

I'm from Australia. I hunt with my father and together we have travelled around for the last couple of years hunting. I am very keen, what calibre would you recommend? I've got a .375H&H bolt action.

.375 is the min. calibre allowed for DG hunting, it will be just fine. Your PH will help you if your are in trouble, but there are lots of suggestions on the AH Forum about .375's and what bullets to use...
