If you’re going to correct someone’s nomenclature at least get it right. It’s 45 Colt not Colt 45. I believe Colt 45 is an adult beverage.

Basically there are 2 45s with Colt involvement. There is the 45 Automatic Colt Pistol (45ACP) generally involving a 1911 style pistol and there is the 45 long Colt, a rimmed cartridge generally used in revolvers such as the Colt Single Action. I'm guessing that the dies in question are for the latter.
