For Sale Custom 7x57

This isn’t like me to do this but quite honestly I will probably never hunt this rifle and someone else could enjoy this. Details as follows:
7 x 57 chambering on a VZ33 mauser action, 2 position wing safety, 24&1/4” PAC-NOR bbl, 1:9 twist, 13.5” LOP, kick-ez pad, steel grip cap, bbl band, NECG sights, Timney trigger set at 2 lbs 9 oz, holds 5 in magazine, Con-Trol low profile scope mounts, Zeiss Diavari C 3x9 with Plex reticle (glass is perfect). Rifle weight is 9 pounds 1 ounce (scope included) and balance point is at beginning of mag well. What little load development I did was using North Fork 160 gr with IMR4831, last paper I shot was 3 shot group, 0.7” @ 100 yds. The only other cartridges I’ve shot were factory Rem 175 gr - printed very good as well. Not sure if I missed anything but if so please ask. $4500 shipped to your FFL.

I bought the rifle as a custom 270 and after rebarreling had Dennis Olson do the sights, band, and bluing, then Bruce Farman did the refitting into the stock, also adding some weight to the front for balancing.

That’s true- but I would rather someone else add the “character” ! I’m building a 318 WR right now that will hopefully have a lot of character added by me - and do the things this 7x57 would do.

I sold a couple of rifles a while ago with the scopes inc , now i have some New rifles without a suitable scope for them for the time being .
